Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tridents platform available at tridents.store and its subdomains <name>.tridents.store (the "Service"). By creating an account, placing an order or paying for any digital item, you accept these Terms.

The Service is operated by an individual entrepreneur (the "Provider") whose details are listed at the bottom of this document. The Provider acts as a SaaS infrastructure provider for owners of Minecraft game servers. Digital items sold through the Service are made available by the respective server owner (the "Merchant"); the Provider acts as a technical agent for payment processing and automated delivery.

1. Definitions

• Service — software and infrastructure provided by Tridents, including the storefront builder, checkout, RCON-based delivery worker and dashboard.
• Merchant — owner of a Minecraft game server who creates a storefront on the platform and sells digital items to players.
• Customer — a player who purchases a Digital Item through a Merchant storefront.
• Digital Item — non-tangible in-game content (rank, currency, crate, access token, etc.) delivered to a player's account on the Merchant's server.
• Payment Provider — a licensed payment institution (Stripe, Enot, FreeKassa, AnyPay, etc.) that processes payment on behalf of the Merchant.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider grants the Merchant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service to operate a storefront and accept payments for Digital Items. The Customer, by completing an order, enters into a sales contract with the Merchant for the Digital Item; the Provider acts as an intermediary for payment and delivery.

3. Order placement and delivery

1. The Customer adds Digital Items to the cart.
2. The Customer provides their in-game nickname for delivery.
3. The Customer is redirected to the Payment Provider to complete payment.
4. Upon confirmation from the Payment Provider, the Service dispatches the delivery command to the Merchant's server via RCON or the Java plugin.
5. If the Customer is offline at the moment of delivery, delivery is executed on the Customer's next successful login within thirty (30) days of payment.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are set by the Merchant and displayed in the storefront in the currency configured by the Merchant. Payment is made in full at the moment of order placement and is processed by the Payment Provider. The Provider does not collect or store cardholder data (PAN, CVV, expiry date).

5. Right of withdrawal — digital content exception

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the corresponding provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/770 on Digital Content and Digital Services, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the Customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right of withdrawal. By completing the checkout, the Customer expressly consents to immediate execution and acknowledges the loss of the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in respect of Digital Items that have been delivered.

Refunds remain available in the situations described in the Refund Policy (duplicate charges, failed delivery, technical malfunction).

6. Obligations of the Provider

• Maintain 99% monthly availability of the Service, except for scheduled maintenance announced at least 24 hours in advance.
• Respond to support enquiries through the channels listed in the Contacts page.
• Process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

7. Obligations of the User

• Provide truthful information when registering and placing orders.
• Take sole responsibility for the accuracy of the in-game nickname provided at checkout.
• Refrain from using the Service in violation of applicable law, third-party rights or the Merchant's server rules.
• Refrain from automated abuse of the Service (bots, scraping, denial-of-service).

8. Liability

The Provider is not liable for actions of the Merchant in respect of delivered Digital Items (revocation of a rank, ban of the player, closure of the server), nor for Internet connectivity problems on the Customer's side. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific unfulfilled order.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Provider may amend these Terms unilaterally. The current version is always published at tridents.store/legal/offer. Material changes affecting existing customers will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, in matters not covered by EU law, by the law applicable to the Customer's habitual residence within the EU. Disputes between the Provider and consumers may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Trademarks and third-party games

Tridents is an independent SaaS platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or any other game publisher. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB; all third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.

Merchants who use the Service to sell items for Minecraft servers are required to comply with the Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines and the Minecraft EULA. Selling items that grant a gameplay advantage in vanilla survival / competitive modes is prohibited (see also the Acceptable Use Policy).

13. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is additionally governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which lists prohibited categories of goods and behaviour. The AUP is part of these Terms.
