Payment methods
All payments on Tridents are processed by licensed payment institutions. Card details are never sent to or stored on our servers — payment takes place on the secure page of the payment provider.
1. Available methods
Credit and debit cards (Stripe)
Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe. 3-D Secure / SCA authentication is enforced as required by PSD2. Card data is tokenised on Stripe's side and never touches our servers.
SEPA & bank transfer (Stripe)
SEPA Direct Debit and SEPA Instant Credit Transfer for euro payments within the EU/EEA.
Local CEE methods
For customers in the CEE region: BLIK, Przelewy24 (Poland), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local payment methods exposed by the Stripe Payment Element.
Cryptocurrency
Bitcoin, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), Ethereum via specialised crypto gateways. The exchange rate is locked at the moment of payment creation.
2. How the payment flow works
- Add items to the cart and click Pay.
- Enter your in-game nickname and (optionally) email.
- Select a payment method on the payment provider page.
- After successful payment you are redirected back with a confirmation.
- The Digital Item is delivered to the in-game server within seconds (or on the player's next login if offline).
3. Payment security
- HTTPS / TLS 1.3 for all connections.
- Card data is entered on the payment provider, never on our side.
- Each webhook from the payment provider is cryptographically signed and verified by our backend.
4. If the payment succeeded but the item was not delivered
- Wait 5–10 minutes — payment confirmation may have a small delay.
- If the order status in the dashboard has not changed to Delivered, write to support at support@tridents.store.
- Quote the order ID (format
TR-XXXXX-XXXX) and attach the payment confirmation if available.
